Process for Sellers

When we first touch base, a quick meeting will be set up to establish contact and to provide me with an opportunity to view your property inorder to prepare a complimentary Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of your property. At this time we will discuss the importance of working with a REALTORĀ® and the value we add when selling your home.
 
A second meeting will be held to discuss the CMA, also on the agenda will be: an overview of the Real Estate Market, the selling process, summary of the CMA, marketing strategy for your property, conclusions, and a discussion of your needs, expectations, desires plus any other questions you may have.
 
The purpose is to educate you to become knowledgeable of the real estate market; terms, negotiation techniques, processes and marketing used in real estate in order for you to make the appropriate choices and ultimately save you time and money.
 
After you have confirmed you want me as your REALTORĀ® and when the timing is right for you, using my full service approach and my marketing background, you will be well equipped to sell your property in any market.

Through the Comparative Market Analysis, I can evaluate the prices of properties similar to yours that have recently sold in your area. This analysis will give you a better idea of your property's Current Market Value, one of the first - and essential! - steps as you prepare to sell your property.

I will contact you to schedule our first meeting which gives me the opportunity to view your property (it's important for me to view first hand to extablish a feel for the property) followed by a second meeting presenting the complimentery Comparative Market Analysis (CMA).
