How often does a professional offer to work for you at no cost?

Very infrequently, I imagine. But that’s the offer I’m making to you. During the next days, weeks, months, even years, could you use a REALTOR® who provides a full service approach?

When you make the important decision to buy a home, I am committed to going the extra step to ensure that all of your needs are successfully met in a professional and honest manner.

For my service and commitment, let me guide you through your purchasing experience.

With no obligation from my potential clients, I ask for one hour of your time to discuss:

  • Real Estate Market Conditions
  • Buying Process
  • Mortgage Pre-approval Process
  • Purchasing Costs
  • Real Estate Terms
  • Negotiation Tactics
  • Contract Writing Basics

At this time we will also discuss your needs, wants and desires for your new home. This short meeting will help us develop a plan to achieve your goals.

The purpose is to educate you to become knowledgeable in order for you to make the appropriate choices, and ultimately save you time and money.

When you choose me as your REALTOR®, I will match your criteria against available properties. You will receive listings that are in line with your requirements 24 hours before the general public so you do not miss any opportunities.

It’s never too early to start looking.

Get out there and get to know your real estate market.

You never know when you'll find your perfect home.

Buying the perfect property is all about: the right decision, the right time, and the right property.

The decision to buy is yours; I will provide the knowledge and support to get you there.

Thinking About Buying a Pre-Sale?

Bring your REALTOR® with you into the showroom or let the Developer know you are working with a REALTOR® and give them her/his business card.

With no knowledge of the law would you go into the courtroom representing yourself?

I don’t think so.

So why would you go into a pre-sale and try to represent yourself?

The people working in the showroom work for the developer, not you.

Some of them don’t even have a Real Estate License, bring your REALTOR® with you and let her/him represent you and negotiate on your behalf; there are deals that only REALTORS® know to discuss.

Why would you sign a legal binding contract without someone on your side telling you what you are signing?

The decision to buy is yours; I will provide the knowledge and support to get you there.
