There are 746 detached listings on the Westside of Vancouver - the largest inventory in years during January.

There are:

8 listings under $1 million
41 listings from $1M - $1.5M
102 listings from $1.5 - 2M
100 listings from $2M - $2.5 M
145 listings from $2.5 - $3M
268 listings from $3M - $5M
82 listings $5M+
20 listings over $10M

For Attached Strata listing there are a lot of product from last year, giving the first-time buyers a great opportunity to enter the market with the capability to not rushing.
