&lt;li&gt;41 listings from $1M - $1.5M&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;102 listings from $1.5 - 2M&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;100 listings from $2M - $2.5 M&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;145 listings from $2.5 - $3M&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;268 listings from $3M - $5M&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;82 listings $5M+&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;20 listings over $10M&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For Attached Strata listing there are a lot of product from last year, giving the first-time buyers a great opportunity to enter the market with the capability to not rushing.&lt;/p&gt;
